Chapter i · Everyone · The Map
One more stop before the deep end.

Instructions A to Z.
Everything, at a glance.

You're logged in. Watch the 60-second overview attached to this lesson for the quick tour, then use the written map below whenever you need the exact workflow.

The CRM has one rule underneath everything: if it happens in sales, it goes in the CRM. A lead comes in, gets worked, becomes a client, and gets renewed — all inside one connected record. Here's every area you'll run into, in the order you'll meet them.

Lead Base Pipeline Client Renewal Repeat revenue
AreaWhat it's for
DashboardYour daily starting point — what needs attention right now, in one screen.
Lead BaseEvery new or callback lead before it's been worked, with an owner and a next action.
PipelineA kanban board — drag a deal through Interested → Meeting → Proposal → Closed/Lost.
ClientsEveryone who's bought, with products, documents, and full renewal history attached.
RenewalsEvery client with an upcoming renewal date, bucketed by urgency so nothing lapses.
Cross-SalesA second opportunity inside an existing client — booked as a meeting, converted after.
CalendarEvery meeting, filtered to you, your team, or everyone — with Google sync.
Agents / Call CenterManagers create all call-center logins. Managers and Leaders can add and manage the sales agents assigned to their line.
Commission RatesWhat products exist and what everyone earns on each one.
Goals / ReportsMonthly targets, and how everyone's tracking against them.
Weekly Reports / Team FeedbackA short weekly check-in, and private coaching notes.
My PerformanceYour own numbers — commission, margin, and cross-sale earnings, added up for you.
Chapter Library / Skool GroupTraining material — the Skool group for learning, Chapter Library for assigning it directly.
System CenterBackups, data health, and safe repairs — a Manager's weekly two-minute habit.

Not every screen belongs to every role. A Manager sees the whole list above. A Leader sees the same pages, automatically filtered to their own agents. An Agent sees a personal version with the team-oversight pages removed. Call Center gets a short, focused list: their lead base and a read-only calendar. Each role's guide is its own file, covering only what that role actually sees.

Your chapter is a separate file

Each role below has its own focused guide. Start with this map, then open the pinned lesson matching your role. Managers may also use the role guides when onboarding their team.

Manager

Set up the org, add your team, set rates and goals.

Leader

Same CRM, scoped to your own line.

Agent

Your daily workflow, lead to renewal.

Call Center

Your lead base and calendar.

Where to get help

Here's how support actually works.

"Skool for learning, Chapter Library for assigning."

Keep this Skool group as your support workspace. Use the in-app Chapter Library to assign specific training directly to leaders, agents and call-center users — with progress tracking, feedback, and goal-linked recommendations.

01
Ask in this group

This is the main support channel. Post your question in the Conquest Skool Group tile inside the CRM (Open Group) or right here in Skool. Include your role, the page you were on, what you expected, and a screenshot when possible.

02
Email for account/data

Access issues, billing, or data-protection requests → info@conquestlabs.io

Support is community-first. If an optional onboarding call is available for your account, the current booking instructions will be posted inside the trial group.

Manager, Leader, Agent, Call Center — four role guides, one system underneath. Point each teammate to the matching pinned lesson in Skool; Managers can use the complete set as an onboarding reference.
