You made the right call.
Let's get you set up.
Whatever brought you here — a growing book of clients, a team that's outgrown spreadsheets, or a WhatsApp group that's become unmanageable — you're about to trade all of that for one system that actually has your back. This first chapter is short on purpose: create your organization, log in, and you're in. Everything else has its own chapter.

START HERE — Welcome to Conquest CRM Before anything else: open the CRM registration link attached directly above this lesson and create your organization. Then come back to this classroom and open Chapter i — Instructions A to Z. It's a 5-minute map of the whole system before you dive into your role's own chapter (Manager, Leader, Agent, or Call Center). Stuck at any point? Ask in this group first — it's the fastest way to get an answer.
Create your organization
Everything starts with one signup: your organization, your currency, and your own Master login. There's no separate "setup link" step before this — this page is the setup link.
Use a real email address that you control. Email is optional in the current signup form, but adding it is recommended for account communication and support. Matching your Skool membership email makes it easier for the support team to identify your account.
- 1 Your organization name — this becomes your team's name inside the CRM. Use your real agency/team name, not a placeholder.
- 2 Currency — € or $. This sets every premium, commission and report on the whole account. It is not easy to mix later, so pick the currency your team actually sells in.
- 3 Your full name, username, password — this is your personal Master login, separate from the org name. The form requires at least 6 characters; use a longer, unique password.
- 4 Email (optional) — use an address you control; matching your Skool email is recommended.
- 5 Consent checkbox — you're confirming you've read and accept the Privacy & Data Policy before an account is created.
- Open the signup page from your welcome message or the pinned link in this group.
- Enter your organization name exactly as you want your team to see it — you can change it later in Org Settings, but avoid renaming once agents are added.
- Pick Euro or Dollar. This is the currency for every client, commission, and report in the account.
- Fill in your name, choose a username and a secure password — this is what you'll use to log in going forward.
- Add an email address you control. Matching your Skool membership email is recommended but not required.
- Read and accept the Privacy & Data Policy, then create the account.
Don't
- Sign up twice "just to test" — every signup is a real org
- Use a shared login or reuse a password from another service
- Guess your currency — check with whoever handles payouts first
Do
- Use your real name — it appears on every commission line and report
- Use the same email as your Skool membership when practical
- Save the credentials in a trusted password manager
Log in & accept the Privacy Policy
After signup you're dropped on the same login screen your whole team will use. The Privacy & Data Policy gate only appears once per device — after that it's just username and password.
- 1 Privacy & Data Protection banner — one-time acknowledgement per device covering account data, CRM records, cookies and browser storage. Tick it and hit Accept & Continue before the login fields will submit.
- 2 Username / Password — the credentials from signup (Masters) or the ones your Master set for you (everyone else).
- 3 Sign In — takes you straight to your dashboard.
- On first login on any device, tick Privacy & Data Policy and press
Accept & Continue. - Enter your username and password and press
Sign In. - Land on your dashboard — that's lesson 03.
